Design Notes
The UFMG_UFV_Brazil team tested the sequence available in the NCBI in the Expasy Translate software and discovered that the original sequence still had 5'UTR and 3'UTR nucleotides. After that, we removed the sequences that were not translated as our protein of interest, resulting in the DNA sequence posted here. We also tested if the resulting sequence had any restriction sites that would compromise BioBrick Assembly, but there were not.
